1 - Assembly
(1) Assemble the crossbar with the lower part of the sash
sliding them together.
(2) Assemble the upper part of the sash with the lower
part sliding them on the guides.
(3) Fit the pipe support bracket.

(1) Fix the urinal valve on the bracket (SR) using
the 2 locknuts.
(2) Set up the nozzle on the valve through the
hole in the fixing plate (ST).
4 - Crossbars adjustment
Adjust the height of the frame
(A, B and C) in accordance with
the urinal manufacturer's
instructions, then tighten the 6
screws.
5 - Draw and drilling for base setting
1) Draw on the floor the fixing
holes (x4).
2) Drill holes Ø14 mm
with 70 mm depth
minimum.
6 - Level adjustment and fixing
(1) Adjust the level by using the
leveling pads supplied.
(2) Drill the fixing hole for the
anchoring clips and fix to the wall.
(3) Position the anchors on the floor
and fix the frame.
(1) Centralise the distance of the
rods and the length (L) in
accordance with the
washbasin dimensions.
(2) L = A + B + 20 mm
A = Thickness of the panelling.
B = Thickness of the urinal.

7 - Stile fixing and connections
Fix the stiles on the frame.
Connect the supply pipes and waste.
8 - Installation of the urinal valve
• Fix the nozzle packing.
• Fit the trap (not supplied) on the urinal
valve.
• Mount and adjust the plastic sheaths
on the threaded rods.The end of the
threaded rod must project 20 cm.
• Place the urinal and lock with plastic
nuts.
• Clip-on the covers.
9 - Setting of the TEMPOMATIC
POWER SUPPLY :
The whole installation must be in conformity with local UK electrical standards and
best practice. Install Delabie safety transformer (protected by a fuse). Order
separately ref. 406000 or 406220, in conformity with standard EN 60742, into an
electrical switch box or on the existing electric board. It must be protected by a
standardized circuit-breaker. (Cable clamping maintained by a fixed setting :
glands/rigid shaft). Connect the transformer to the electronic control box by a
standardized cable of 2x1mm
WATER SUPPLY :
• Thoroughly flush the water supply pipes.
• Recommended dynamic pressure (during the flow) : 1 to 5 bar.
• Flow rate at 2 bar : 0,32 l./sec. - at 3 bar : 0,5 l./sec.
• Figure the pipes diameters according to the probable flow rates, and to the residual
dynamic pressure, as detailed in the Delabie technical catalgue.
FUNCTION :
• Factory setting, the selector "PROG" and the jumper are set to position 1
corresponding to the following function :
• The device receives 12V power supply : the yellow indicator IN 12Vac is lit.
• A user presence in front of the urinal commences a pre-rinse of 2 seconds : the
green indicator which is linked to the solenoid valve lights up.
• After the user leaves, the urinal rinse: the green indicator SV lights up.
• The pre-rinse option may be cancelled by selecting "PROG" on position 2.
• Automatic duty flush every 12 hours after the last use.
ADJUSTMENTS :
DISTANCE OF DETECTION is adjustable from 30 to 0 cm. with the potentiometer
"GAIN" located in the box. Do not position potentiometers to mini. or maxi. limit
stop.
SHUT-OFF TIME is adjustable
from 1 to 12 seconds delay with
potentiometer TEMPO. The
recommended shut-off time is
7 seconds.
