Use

This paragraph describes the fundamental operating procedures.
Detailed information and operating procedures that involve optional
connections or options are supplied in the paragraph "USE" of the
appendix "Technical Information". Some procedures can be executed
with controller only when the accessory "Hand held terminal" is
available. Make all vacuum manifold and electrical connections and
refer to Turbo-V pump instruction manual prior to operating the
Turbo-V controller.
WARNING! To avoid injury to personnel and damage to the equipment, if the pump is
laying on a table make sure it is steady. Never operate the Turbo-V pump if
the pump inlet is not connected to the system or blanked off.
