Select menu '33'
apples, peeled, cored and diced
cinnamon stick
cloves
lemon, zest only
lemon juice
sugar

Pour water over ingredients.

RED FRUITS COMPOTE

plums, stone removed and cut in halves
cherries, stone removed
strawberries, stalk removed

raspberries (added after cooking)
