Finita l'operazione rimontareil blocco
di polietilene A (fig.L1) a battuta, quin-
di il rullo B (fig. M) innestandolo sulla
relativa linguetta. E' indispensabile
controllare la posizione del rullo che deve
risultare interno di alcuni mm rispetto
al blocco di polietilene (fig. M). Se il
montaggio del blocco e quello del rullo
non sono corretti i sensori magneti-
ci, posti in corrispondenza dei due
elementi, impediscono l'avviamento
della macchina.
Per inserire correttamente il rullo fino
a battuta occorre quindi sollevare il
gruppo di espulsione GE (fig. M),
vincendo la forza della molla M (fig.
M), e contemporaneamente spingere il
tamburo a battuta riportandolo nella sua
posizione originale (vedi fig. M).
Successivamente rimontare la camma C
(fig. M) innestandola sulla spina SP (fig.
L) e fissandola con il pomello P (fig. M).
CAMBIO FORMATO
Per cambiare forma all'hamburger
occorre smontare il rullo, sostituirlo
con quello del nuovo formato ed infine
rimontarlo (per procedere a queste
o p e r a z i o n i l e g g e r e i l p a r a g r a f o
precedente).
When the operation is over, replace the
polyethylene block and then cylinder B
(fig. M) by positioning it on the flap. Che-
cking the cylinder's position is essential,
it should be placed a few millimetres
backwards in relation to the polyethylene
block (fig. M).
If the block and the cylinder are not cor-
rectly positioned the magnetic sensors
connected to these parts will not permit
the machine to start.
In order to position the cylinder correctly
the ejector must be lifted (fig. M) by over-
coming the resistance of spring M (fig. M),
and at the same time pushing the cylinder
as far as possible back into original posi-
tion (see fig. M9).
Replace cam C (fig. M) by positioning it
on plug SP (fig. L) and fastening it with
knob P (fig. M).
SIZE CHANGING
To change the size of the hamburger you
have to disassemble the drum, replace it
with the new one and then reassemble it
back (to perform these operations read
the previous paragraph).

Une fois les opérations terminées, remon-
ter le bloc en polyéthylène jusqu'en butée
puis le rouleau B (fig. M) en l'engageant
sur la languette prévue à cet effet. Il est
important de bien contrôler la position du
rouleau: il doit se trouver à l'intérieur de
quelques millimètres par rapport au bloc
en polyéthylène (fig. M).
En cas de mauvais montage du bloc et du
rouleau, les capteurs magnétiques reliés
à ces deux éléments empêchent la mise
en marche de la machine.
Pour introduire correctement le rouleau
jusqu'en butée, il est nécessaire de sou-
lever le groupe d'expulsion GE (fig. M),
en compensant la force exercée par le
ressort M (fig. M), et de pousser simul-
tanément jusqu'en butée le rouleau pour
le replacer ainsi dans la position d'origine
(voir fig. M9).
Remonter ensuite la came C (fig. M) en
l'engageant sur la goupille SP (fig. L) et en
la fixant à l'aide du pommeau P (fig. M).
CHANGEMENT DU CALIBRE
DES HAMBURGERS
Pour modifier le calibre des hamburgers,
démonter le tambour, le remplacer par le
tambour du calibre souhaité (selon les in-
structions contenues dans le paragraphe
précédent).

Polyäthylenblock auf Anschlag einsetzen,
dann die Rolle B (Abb. M) auf den zu-
gehörigen Keil aufsetzen. Die Position der
Rolle muss unbedingt kontrolliert werden,
sie muss um einige mm innerhalb des
Polyäthylenblocks (Abb. M) liegen.
Wenn der Block und die Rolle nicht vor-
schriftsmäßig montiert sind, verhindern
die auf Höhe dieser beiden Elemente
angebrachten Magnetsensoren das An-
laufen der Maschine.
Um die Rolle vorschriftsmäßig bis zum
Anschlag einzusetzen, das Auswerfe-
raggregat GE (Abb. M) anheben, wobei
die Kraft der Feder M (Abb. M) zu über-
winden ist, und gleichzeitig die Rolle bis
zum Anschlag in ihre Ausgangsposition
eindrücken (siehe Abb. M9).
Anschließend den Nocken C (Abb. M)
wieder auf den Stift SP (Abb. L) aufsetzen
und mit dem Knopf P (Abb. M) befestigen.
FORMATWECHSEL
Zum Wechseln des Formates demon-
tieren Sie den Zylinder und wechseln
ihn mit dem neuen Format aus, danach
montieren Sie die Vorrichtung wieder wie
im vorstehenden Abschnitt beschrieben.

För att cylindern ska placeras rätt måste
utkastaren lyftas (figur M) genom att mot-
ståndet från fjädern M (figur M) övervinns,
samtidigt som cylindern så långt som
möjligt trycks tillbaka till sitt utgångsläge
(se figur M9).
Byt ut kammen C (figur M) genom att
placera den på pluggen SP (figur L) och
fästa den med vredet P (figur M).
STORLEKSÄNDRING
Om du vill ändra hamburgarens storlek
måste du ta isär trumman, byta ut den mot
den nya och montera ihop den igen (se
stycket ovan när du gör detta).
