• Posizionare su "I" I'interruttore di
raffreddamento E (fig. E), il display
lampeggerà per alcuni secondi,
quindi segnalerà la temperatura (dopo
1 0 ÷ 1 5 m i n u t i l a m a c c h i n a è a
temperatura).
• Premere il pulsante di marcia A
(fig. E).
• I m p o s t a r e i l v a r i a t o r e i n b a s e
all'esigenza di produzione.
N.B.:Se per proprie esigenze si vuole
modificare la temperatura di taratura
della macchina occorre intervenire sul
pulsante SET e successivamente sul
pulsante FRECCIA IN ALTO (per alzarla)
e FRECCIA IN BASSO (per abbassarla).
Procedura per l'arresto
P e r p r o c e d e r e a l l ' a r r e s t o d e l l a
macchina a fine produzione, per
manutenzione, per cambio formato o
per vari controlli, occorre premere il
pulsante di arresto B (fig. E).
Eseguito l'arresto, mediante l'apposito
pulsante, Ia macchina per inerzia conti-
nua a muoversi per qualche istante; quindi
è obbligatorio attendere l'arresto effettivo
di tutte le parti in movimento (ART-1.1.2.b
COMMA 3 - DM 89/392/CEE).
N.B.: Per il modello C/E653 R, al termine
delle lavorazioni, arrestare il raffredda-
mento premendo il pulsante G (fig. E).
Il pulsante di arresto ha anche la fun-
zione di arrestare la macchina in caso
di emergenza.

(optional)
• Position the cooling switch E on "I",
the display will blink for a few
seconds then it will start indicating
the temperature (the machine will
reach the correct temperature after
10÷15 minutes).
• ress the start button A (fig. E).
• Set the speed variator according to
your production needs
N.B.:If you want to change the pre-setting
temperature of the machine, you need to
press the SET button and then the UP-
ARROW button (to increase it) and the
DOWN-ARROW button (to lower it).
Stopping procedure
To stop the machine at the end of pro-
duction, for maintenance purposes, for
size change or miscellaneous controls,
you need to press the mushroom-head
stop button B.
When you stop the machine by pressing
the appropriate button the machine will
continue rotating for a few seconds,
because of inertia. You must wait for all
the moving parts to stop completely (ART-
1.1.2.b PAR. 3 - MD 89/392/CEE).
N.B.: For model C/E 653 R, at the end of
a work session, stop cooling by pressing
button G (fig. E).
The stop button also serves as an
emergency stop.

• Porter l'interrupteur de refroidissement

clignote pendant quelques secondes,
puis signale la température (après 10
à 15 secondes la machine atteint la
température).
• Appuyer sur le bouton de mise en
service A (fig. E).
• Choisir la température en fonction des
exigences de production.
N.B.:Si la température de réglage fixée
sur la machine doit être modifiée pour des
raisons spéciales, il faut utiliser le bouton
SET et ensuite le bouton FLECHE EN
HAUT (pour augmenter) ou FLECHE EN
BAS (pour diminuer).
Arret de la machine
Pour arrêter la machine à la fin du cycle
de production, pour l'entretien ou le chan-
gement d'outillage ou pour effectuer les
contrôles, appuyer sur le bouton d'arrêt
(coup de poing) B (fig. E).
Après la pression du bouton d'arrêt les
organes en mouvement continuent de
tourner pour quelques instants. Attendre
sans faute l'arrêt complet de tous les
organes en mouvements (article 1.1.2.b
Alinéa 3 –DM 89/392/CEE).
N.B.: Sur le modèle C/E 653 R, une fois
le travail terminé, arrêter le système de
refroidissement en appuyant sur le bouton
G (fig. E).
Le bouton d'arrêt a également pour
fonction d'arrêter la machine en cas
d'urgence.

• Die Einschalttaste Kühlung E (Abb.
E) auf "I" stellen, das Display blinkt
nun während einigen Sekunden, dann
zeigt es die Temperatur an (in 10 ±
15 Min. erreicht die Maschine die
Betriebstemperatur).
• Die Einschalttaste A drücken (Abb.
E).
• Am Gesch wi nd ig ke itsr eg le r d ie
g e w ü n s c h t e P r o d u k t i o n s m e n g e
einstellen.
Hinweis:Wenn Sie die vorgegebene Tem-
peratur ändern wollen, drücken Sie die Ta-
ste SET und dann die Taste PFEIL NACH
OBEN (höhere Temperatur) und PFEIL
NACH UNTEN (tiefere Temperatur).
Vorgehen beim abschalten
Zum Abschalten der Maschine nach
Arbeitsende, für die Wartung, Formatwe-
chsel oder Kontrollen die Pilztaste Aus B
drücken (Abb. E).
Nach dem Abstellen bewegt sich die
Maschine durch die Trägheit noch einen
Moment lang. Deshalb muss abgewartet
werden, bis die ganze Maschine stillsteht
(Art. 1.1.2.b Abs. 3 - Maschinenrichtlinie
89/392/CEE).
Hinweis: Beim Modell C/E 653 R am Ende
der Verarbeitung die Kühlung durch Drü-
cken des Knopfs G (Abb. E) ausschalten.
Die Ausschalttaste dient auch als
Notaustaste.

• Ställ kylomkopplaren E på "I": Displayen
blinkar i några sekunder och börjar se-
dan visa temperaturen (maskinen når
rätt temperatur efter 10÷15 minuter).
• Tryck på startknappen A (figur E).
• Ställ in den steglösa växeln efter dina
produktionsbehov
OBS.: Om du vill ändra den förinställda
temperaturen på maskinen måste du
trycka på SET-knappen och sedan på
uppåtpil-knappen (för att höja den) eller
nedåtpil-knappen (för att sänka den).
Stoppa maskinen
Om du ska stoppa maskinen i slutet av
produktionen, för att utföra underhåll,
ändra storlek eller ställa in på annat sätt,
måste du trycka på den svampformade
stoppknappen B.
När du stoppar maskinen genom att trycka
på denna knapp kommer maskinen fort-
sätta att rotera några sekunder till följd av
tröghetsmomentet. Vänta tills alla rörliga
delar har stannat helt (ART-1.1.2.b PAR.
3 - MD 89/392/CEE).
OBS.: På modell C/E 653 R stoppar du
kylningen i slutet av ett arbetspass genom
att trycka på knappen G (figur E).
Stoppknappen fungerar även som
nödstopp.
