6.2.

Programming of hot water portion

 It is possible to program two diferente hot water portions. For the first portion, press the hot
water key once, for the second portion, press it twice.
In order to program the first hot water portion as follows:
1. Press key 5 of the desired group with the machine in ON-mode, and keep it pressed for 5
seconds. The key starts to blink and the display shows:
2. Within 30 seconds, press the water portion key. Key 5 stays lit.
3. When the desired amount of water has been produced, press the hot water key again. The
electronic automatically memorizes the amount of water used.
4. In order to program the second hot water portion, click key 5 twice and then keep it pressed
before repeating steps 2-3
 In case a Time-Out occurs during programming (after 30 s without activity), repeat all the steps 1
to 3 described above.
 The programmed keys stay turned off when returning to programming. This does not prevent a
new programming.
6.3. Programming of the steam temperature (only for machines with the optional
TURBO STEAM
1. Use a cup or glass with ca. 300 ml capacity and an external temperature probe (see image below)
2. Press key 5 on group 1 (leftmost) and keep it pressed for 5 seconds. The display shows:
