Step 8: External battery connection (for long‐run models only)
Before making external battery connection, please follow below steps to assemble battery cable.

Suggest using AWG12 or 3

mm fine‐stranded, tip
bonded copper wires.

There is a clamp in each
square hole of connector.
Push and hold the clamps in
connector with screwdrivers
(blade with 2.5mm).

Follow below chart to make external battery connection.

Supplied external battery
connector includes one
connector and one connector
housing

After inserting stripped wire
as far as possible, release the
clamp. Then the wire will be
perfect locked in connector.
Screw the housing to fasten
wires by screwdriver.

Open the connector housing.

Recommend to use 2 red
wires as "+", 2 black wires as
"‐", and one green or yellow
wire as "GND".

Put copper wires in cable tie
of housing.

Clip the housing until latch
clicks.
Suggest using rounded
terminal for external
battery wires.
