Fix the locknut (8) in case of using suction cannula with Luer Lock.

5.1 Starting the Vacuson 60LP

Press green ON/OFF Switch.

5.2 Foot Pedal Functions

Foot Pedal (1):
Controls variable Infiltration speed
"VACUUM" (2): (blue Foot Switch):
Switches Vacuum ON or OFF
"MOTOR" (3): (yellow Foot Switch):
Switches Motor for Suction motion ON or OFF

The Foot Pedal functions only when the Control unit is turned ON!

5.3 Regulation of Infiltration Procedure

Do not open pump head during operation
•
Do not touch rotatable parts during operation!
Push Foot Pedal down to start Pump action. The Pump Regulator ("PUMP") on the Control Unit
adjusts the Infiltration maximum speed.
Turn right: .......................................increase Infiltration speed.
Turn left:..........................................decrease Infiltration speed.
With the Foot Pedal, Infiltration speed can be variably controlled:
Foot Pedal ...not pressed: ........... Infiltration pump off
...lightly pressed: ...... Infiltration pump runs slowly
...fully pressed : ......... Infiltration speed max. as indicated by ("PUMP") setting on Control
