7 ZOOM
Zooms up the picture two, three, and four times.
8 H WIDTH
Adjusts the horizontal picture size. Press + to enlarge
the horizontal size and press – to diminish it.
9 V HEIGHT
Adjusts the vertical picture size. Press + to enlarge the
vertical size and press – to diminish it.
Note
In case of HDTV signal, the V HEIGHT adjustment is
only available down to –13.
0 H SHIFT
Adjusts the horizontal centering. Press + to move the
picture to the right and press – to move it to the left.
!¡ V SHIFT
Adjusts the vertical centering. Press + to move the
picture up and press – to move it down.
!™ RESET
Select to restore the factory settings in PIC SIZE menu
items 7 to !¡.
For details on using the reset function, see "Restoring the
Original Picture Size and Position" on page 18(EN).
!£ SCAN SIZE
Select to switch scan size to either OVER (over scan)
or UNDR (under scan).
Note
Under scan is not available while in the line doubler
PAL (625/50) mode.

!§ LINE DOUBLER
Select ON to activate the line doubler function when
the signal based on NTSC (525/60) or PAL (625/50)
color system is input.
For details on using the line doubler function, see "Getting
a High-Resolution Picture by Doubling the Scanning Rate –
LINE DOUBLER Function" on page 13(EN).
!¶ V ENHANCE
Select ON to sharpen the vertical edge.
Notes
• This function is not available while in the line
doubler mode.
• Select OFF when the moving picture is input.
