4 Identification
4.1 Product description
and type designation
Double heater voltage 115/230Vac,
80W and 12Vdc/24Vac, 40W.
4.2 Product markings
See the label attached to the outside of the package.
5 Preparing the
product for use
h Any change that is not expressly
approved by the manufacturer
will invalidate the guarantee.
5.1 Contents and unpacking
When the product is delivered, make sure that
the package is intact and that there are no
signs that it has been dropped or scratched.
If there are obvious signs of damage,
contact the supplier immediately.
Keep the packaging in case you need
to send the product for repairs.
Check the contents to make sure they correspond
with the list of materials as below:
• Heating kit
• Supplied screws
• Instructions manual
5.2 Safely disposing of
packaging material
The packaging material can all be recycled.
The installer technician will be responsible for
separating the material for disposal, and in
any case for compliance with the legislation
in force where the device is to be used.
Bear in mind that if the material has to be returned
due to a fault, using the original packaging
for its transport is strongly recommended.

6 Assembling
and installing
Only specialised personnel should be
h
allowed to assemble and install the device.
h Before carrying out any operation
remember to disconnect the power
supply from the product.
h A thermostat regulates kit operation
and starts the heater at a temperature
of < 15°C (±3° C) and turn-off at a
temperature of > 22°C (±3° C). The kit
is designed for a power supply voltage
of 12Vdc/24Vac or 115/230Vac.
h Never power the kit with a voltage
different from the one indicated!
6.1 Installation
Open the housing by unscrewing the
4 screws on the rear cover plate.

Mount the support bracket of the 2 PTC (01)
resistors in the front section of the housing's
inner slider by means of the two screws supplied
(02). Then fasten the 2 PTC resistors with their
specific support (03) to the two ends of the
bracket by means of the fastening screws (04).
