3.0 Elimination of faults

The solenoid valve has been contaminated when installing the pipe work.
Change the control panel on to "manual". Open one appliance that kicks in the booster
pumps. Let the pumps run until the mains water back up is activated. Keep the mains
back up running for some time to clean/rinse free the valve. Close appliance and set
control panel to desired mode of operation.
...an acoustic alarm is given and the warning "level gauge faulty" is flashing?
Only possible if water level gauge is installed (available as accessory).
One of the two wires between the unit and depth gauge in the storage tank is cut (cable
rupture) or not connected properly to the socket at the unit or the water level gauge is
faulty.
Check water level gauge, cable and socket, if necessary reconnect the cores or
replace cable.
The cable between the unit and depth gauge in the storage tank has a short circuited,
(both wires touch themselves) or the water level gauge is faulty.

Only possible if back pressure guard is used (available as accessory).
Back pressure from the sewer into storage tank.
Pump out the sewer water and clean the storage tank.

The power supply of the submersible pump is interrupted, or it no longer pumping
water.
Check submersible pump and its electrical connection.
... an audible alarm sounds and a faulty pump warning is displayed on the

frequency control?

The according pump of the booster pump set stopped pumping water.
Check the internal break tank, vent the pump if necessary and restart the system.
If the failures could not be eliminated, please contact your local contract
partner.
