1.4 Mounting of the unit
Mount the unit:
• in a dry room, free of frost, e.g. utility room.
• in a room with drainage point in the floor.
• on a leveled ground able to bear load
•
horizontally (prevents malfunctions)
•
use adjustable feet to level the unit
•
with enough space towards the walls:
- on the sides at least 40 cm
- on the rear at least 20 cm
• Higher above the maximum water level of the rainwater storage tank.
- If a statement above the maximum water level is not possible, the system can become
equipped with a backflow prevention. Please contact your local contract partner.

1.5 Connection of emergency overflow

It is necessary to follow the next instructions precisely to guarantee the proper function
of the overflow.

The overflow has to be connected to:
- the drainage or
- lifting tackle.
• The pipe work must be able to drain the maximal
flow rate (depending on the system, up to 25m³/h).
• Install a siphon trap into the drain pipe to avoid
sewer gases from entering.
Note!
If the unit is installed below the back pressure-level
lifting tackle, which feeds the water into the sewer above the back pressure-level via a
pipe loop. The lifting tackle should have a minimum capacity of 14m³/h.
Back pressure-level:

Is the level up to which water can rise in case of an overcharged sewage system.
Normally this back-pressure-level is equal with the road level.
