VARIOUS FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS

Zoom

The display range of the document can be adjusted by rotating the zoom dial on the main
unit or by pressing the zoom buttons on the remote control.

• Zoom ratio: Optical 5.2x, Digital 8x
• Within the digital zoom range, the image quality is degraded.
• In SD mode, SD images can be digitally zoomed (enlarged/reduced).
Precautions regarding the handling of L-1ex zoom dial
In order to avoid excessive force to be applied on the zoom dial, hold and rotate it as
shown in the illustration (circle).
Hold the zoom dial with your fingers
and rotate it in the directions indicated
by the arrows.

Do not hold and move it up or down, or
push it forward or pull it backward.
Avoid excessive force to be applied
on the zoom dial.
