Issue
The Dynamic Scale cannot
determine the weight / transports
too slow.
Open envelope flaps prevent the
letters from being correctly placed
in the Ramp plus.
Empty envelope franked.
After selecting / changing the job,
the inserting system ejects an
empty envelope.
Franking single letters: With the
direct link, you cannot position
letters manually at the PostBase.
Possible cause and remedy
Vibrations of the inserting system are transmit-
ted to the Dynamic Scale.
The tables on which the inserting system and
the mailing system stand must not touch.
We recommend using the system tables.
Have the inserting system seal the envelopes.
Fill the envelope manually with the desired
documents or submit it to the postal service for
reimbursement.
Frank a label and attach it to the letter.
