Visual check
Paper trail empty?
Remove unprocessed envelopes and documents
Switch on inserting system
Set up inserting system
Set job
Load documents and envelopes
Envelope sealing ON
Test run [1x]
Check: OK?
Remove test envelope and empty envelope (if any)
Tip: frank test envelope seperately
Switch on PostBase
Set up PostBase
Check: Inserter Mode ON? (see page 10)
Adjust inserting guide on the Ramp plus *
Turn adjustment wheel on Ramp plus in position 1 or 2 *
Lift press-down bar upwards in retaining position *
Sealing function OFF? *
Set up catch tray / Drop Stacker
