This chapter introduces the systems, consisting of the PostBase mailing system and
an FPi series inserting system (FPi 2300 / FPi 4700 / FPi 5600).
The following configurations are available:
– PostBase franking machine, Drop Stacker (direct link)
– PostBase franking machine, Feeder plus, catch tray
– PostBase franking machine, Feeder plus, Drop Stacker
– PostBase franking machine, Feeder plus, Dynamic Scale, Drop Stacker.
2.1 Overview – direct link
The inserting system inserts your mail and, via the side exit, transfers the sealed let-
ters directly to the PostBase for franking.
