6.6.2 Connecting the room thermostat
Connect the ambient thermostat to terminal X8 of the connection board as instructed in the figure and in section 3.4. This contact
permits connection via R-Bus or turning On/Off.
6.6.3 Connection of the solar system probe (TS) - PRIME 26-30
Connect the solar probe to the X7 (TS) terminal of the connection card, as shown in the figure above (BO-0000022). This function
is enabled when the solar probe is connected. The purpose of this function is to optimise operation of DHW in the case of
installation of the boiler in series to the solar system. The installation of the accessory kit is recommended (chapter 6.3.2).
6.6.4 Connecting the external sensor (OS)
Connect the external sensor to terminal X14 (OS) of the connection board as instructed in the figure and in section 3.4.
If an ON/OFF room thermostat is connected to the boiler, the flow temperature control will depend on the climate curve set for the
boiler.
If a BAXI modulating room unit is connected to the boiler, the required climate curve can be set directly on the same unit (depending
on the model of the room unit).
6.6.5 Connecting the Service (SERVICE)
Connect the wireless interface to terminal X9 of the boiler board as instructed in the figure BO-0000022 in section 6.6.1.
6.6.6 Positioning the mains fuse
The 1.6 A rapid-type fuse is incorporated in the boiler board (A) located in the front central section. To access the board, remove
the front panel (2) and release and open the cover of the board by turning it downwards. Remove the fuse F1 to check and/or
replace it as instructed in figure BO-0000021 and in sections 6.6.1. and 3.4.
6.6.7 Passing the connection cables
After connecting the cables to the terminal block B it is advisable to secure them to the boiler using the clips on the lower edge
of the boiler as illustrated in the figure.
6.6.8 Phase-Phase type electric system
In this case, the device can also operate if powered by Phase-Phase type electric system. For correct operation, remove the
Jumper JP1 on the electronic board (A), as shown in the electric diagram of chapter 3.4.
