Installing the drain fitting

□
Slip first the narrow sealing ring

Slip the eccentric connection

position of the eccentric connection.

Unscrew the upper part

Remove the lower drain seal

Insert the upper part of the drain fitting, with the
upper drain seal

Screw on the lower part
with the lower drain seal, under the washbasin
until finger-tight and make sure that the thread-
ed flange is pointing towards the back.

Insert the shorter part of the eccentric rod, with
the ball , into the threaded flange so that

the eccentric rod reaches the bottom end of the
adjusting screw in the opening.

Screw the eccentric nut, with the narrow sealing
ring, onto the threaded flange.
□
Insert the upper part
the corresponding hole in the tap body

Insert the lower part
the eccentric connection.
□
Screw the two parts of the pull rod together.
□
Fix the lower part of the pull rod to the eccentric
connection by screwing the Phillips-head screw
tight.
□
Check that the drain fitting works properly.
□
If necessary, adjust the position of the eccentric
connection on the lower part of the pull rod
by loosening the Phillips-head screw a few
turns and tightening it again after making the
adjustment.
□
Once successfully installed, turn on the hot and
cold water supply.

First use

Make sure to carefully check that all connections
are leak-tight after the first use.
The tap must be flushed to remove any impurities
before using it for the first time.
To do this, follow the steps below:

Unscrew the aerator
tap outlet spout (see "Maintenance and

cleaning" section).
□
Turn on the main water supply and let the water
run for two minutes to remove residue.
□
Finally, screw the aerator clockwise back onto
the tap outlet spout.

Operation

Tilt the tap lever

wards to regulate the strength of the water flow.

Turn the tap lever clockwise or anticlockwise to
regulate the temperature of the water flow:
For cold water, turn the tap lever anticlockwise
(to the right).
For hot water, turn the tap lever clockwise (to
the left).

Maintenance and cleaning

CAUTION! RISK OF DAMAGE! Follow

the instructions below on how to properly clean
and maintain the tap to avoid damage. Never
use petrol, solvents, harsh cleaning products
or hard brushes for cleaning, as these could
damage the surface of the tap.

Cleaning the tap

□
Dry your taps with a cloth after every use to
prevent the build-up of limescale.
□
Wipe the tap clean with a soft, damp cloth and
a mild detergent if necessary.
□
Unscrew the aerator
spout at regular intervals and remove any hard

residue or foreign bodies. If the aerator is very dirty
or damaged, replace it with a new one.
Note: You should be able to unscrew the
aerator by hand. If this is not possible, protect
the aerator by wrapping it in a thin, damp cloth
and carefully unscrew it using a pipe wrench.
