This is how you play a CD
1. Push the function selection switch (1) to CD.
2. Open the CD compartment (15) by pulling the lid upwards by the tab (16).
3. Insert a music CD with the label facing upwards on the central button and
close the CD deck cover (15).
4. „00" appears in the display (3) followed by the number of tracks.
5. Press the
play from the fi rst title. The current track appears in the display.
6. In order to remove the CD press the CD STOP button (18/D), open the CD
compartment by pulling up the lid by the tab (16) and lift the CD out carefully.
Please note these instructions for playing back CDs and CDRs in MP3
format! The device is not able to play back MP3 fi les. The CD begins to turn,
but the sound cannot be heard.
Always keep the CD deck cover closed.
Note: If a disc is incorrectly inserted, or no disc has been inserted, the numbers
„00", and the word „NO" appear in the display.
Note: Playback of CDs produced by the user cannot be guaranteed due to the
large variety of software and CD media available.
Description of the CD buttons
PLAY/PAUSE (17/B)
You can briefl y interrupt the playing. Renewed pressing of the button will re-start
the playing from the same place.
SKIP - (19/A)
Press once:
Press a second time: This jumps back to the previous track.
Press a third time:
SKIP + (20/C)
With this button you can jump to the following track or the next track but one etc. If
the button is kept pressed down, the machine starts to search through the tracks.
