CLEARING THE MEMORY

This procedure allows to delete all the transmitters stored in the
DEV-R2 module.
Transmitter deletion can be activated in three different ways:
- through the SW1 button of the module
- through the PROG button of a stored PROTEO transmitter
- through the PROG button of a non-stored PROTEO transmitter
Clearing the memory through the SW1 button of the
module
Proceed as follows:
• Cut off the power supply to the DEV-R2 module
• Holding the SW1 button pressed power the DEV-R2 module
• After 2 seconds release the SW1 button: the L1 LED blinks
twice, each time for 1/2 s, indicating memory has been
properly cleared.
Clearing the memory through the PROG button of a stored
PROTEO transmitter
• Power the DEV-R2 module
• Turn switch 3 of the PROTEO transmitter to on
• Select on the transmitter the channel stored in the module
• Perform a transmission using the PROG button until the relay
output of the DEV-R2 activates twice for ½ s, indicating
memory has been properly cleared.
• Turn switch 3 to OFF
Clearing the memory through the PROG button of a non-
stored PROTEO transmitter
• Cut off the power supply to the DEV-R2 module
• Turn the switch 3 of the transmitter to ON
• Perform a transmission using the PROG button of the
transmitter
• Power the DEV-R2 module you wish to delete
• After a few seconds the relay output of the DEV-R2 activates
twice for ½ s, indicating memory has been properly cleared
• Release the PROG button of the transmitter
• Turn switch 3 to OFF
PROGRAMMING THE OPERATING LOGICS
THROUGH PROTEO TRANSMITTERS
Using a stored PROTEO transmitter you can program the
operating logics of the DEV-R2 module.
• Power the Dev-r2.
• Select on the transmitter the channel stored in the module
• Set the transmitter dip-switches according to the desired logic
(see table)
• Perform a transmission using the PROG button until the relay
output of the DEV-R2 activates twice for ½ s, indicating the
operating logic has been modified.
