Pyrolytic cleaning
All heating elements are in operation. The cooking chamber is
heated to approx. 450 °C in order to burn down deposits on the
enamel. The process takes 1:30 - 2:00 hours. After the successful
pyrolysis you can simply sweep out the ashes.
Note: Pyrolysis is a pure cleaning aid. Because impurities are
not just pure grease, even after a pyrolysis process remains
some dirt that need to be cleaned.
Attention! During pyrolysis cleaning process you have to
!
remove all the interior accessories from the oven (including
telescopic rails), otherwise they can be damaged!
