sätzen M6 vormontieren.

einlegen.

Hammermuttern in Längsrichtung
ausrichten.

Vormontierte HP 1/P von unten an
die ST 1 heben und in den T-Nuten
des SP 1 von Hand leicht befesti-
gen.
HP 1/P ggf. bis zur endgültigen
Befestigung unterstützen!

HP 1/P in Längs- u. Querrichtung
ausrichten und Zylinderschrauben
mit M
= 5 Nm anziehen.

Insert centering bolts into holes.

Mark installation location on the
ST 1 conveyor section.

Line up T-head nuts lengthwise.

Lift preassembled HP 1/P into the
ST 1 conveyer section from the
bottom , insert into SP 1 T-grooves
and tighten slightly by hand.
If needed, support HP 1/P until it is
completely installed into the conveyor
section!

Line up HP 1/P lengthwise and
crosswise and tighten cylinder-head
screws with M
= 5 Nm.

Prémonter la HP 1/P à l'aide deux
kits de montage M6.

Insérer quatre boulons de centrage
dans les alésages.

Marquer l'emplacement de montage
sur la section ST 1.

Aligner les boulons à tête
rectangulaire dans le sens de la
longueur.

Soulever la HP 1/P prémontée par
en-dessous dans la ST 1 et la fixer
légèrement à la main dans les
rainures en T du S P 1.
Le cas échéant, maintenir la HP 1/P
jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit complètement
fixée !

Aligner la HP 1/P dans le sens de la
longueur et en diagonale et serrer
les vis à tête cylindrique en exerçant
un couple M
= 5 Nm.
