Door alarm

The audible warning signal always sounds if the
appliance door is open for longer than 60 seconds.
The audible warning signal goes off automatically when
the appliance door is closed.
Switching off the door alarm:
Press the Alarm off button.
D
The audible warning signal goes off.
When you close the appliance door, the door alarm is
activated again.

Temperature alarm

The audible warning signal helps you protect the frozen
foods you have stored from impermissible temperatures.
It sounds if the appliance interior is too warm. The
temperature display flashes simultaneously.
Once the set temperature has been reached, the audible
warning signal goes off automatically and the
temperature display stops flashing.
Switching off the temperature alarm:
Press the Alarm off button.

The audible warning signal goes off.
The temperature display continues to flash until the
alarm condition has ended.
Once the set temperature is reached, the temperature
alarm is reactivated.

Childproof lock

The childproof lock allows the appliance to be secured
against being accidentally switched off.
1. Press the SuperFrost button and hold it for approx.
5 seconds. The display shows a c" for childproof
lock. The SuperFrost button flashes.
2. Press the SuperFrost button once briefly.
3. Use the Up and Down adjustment buttons to switch
the childproof lock on or off.
When c1" is selected, the childproof lock is
switched on, and the symbol is shown in the display.
With c0", the childproof lock is switched off.
4. Press the SuperFrost button to confirm the selected
function.
This does not exit adjustment mode.
5. Press the on/off button to exit adjustment mode.
Adjustment mode is exited automatically after
approximately 5 minutes.
