The user must not lean out

security and linking are intact
and functional and that the
stabilization base (where it is
foreseen) is correctly mounted.

versehenen Standleiter darf die

Benutzen Sie die Leiter nicht
in unmittelbarer Nähe von
elektrischen Leitungen.

Lehnen Sie sich seitlich nicht zu
weit hinaus und führen Sie keine
Arbeiten aus, die eine einseitige
Belastung bewirken. (Positionieren
Sie die Leiter stets genau an
der Stelle, an der gearbeitet
werden soll).
Stellen Sie sich mittig auf die
Stufen und halten Sie sich an den
Leiterwangen fest.
Steigen Sie nie über die letzte
Standstufe bzw. diejenige Stufe,
die einen sicheren Stand
gewährleistet, hinaus.
Es ist zu kontrollieren, dass
alle Sicherheits-, und
Koppelungsvorkehrungen
intakt und funktionstüchtig
sind und dass die stabilisie-
rende Basis (wo sie vorge-
sehen ist) korrekt montiert ist

Die oberen Anschläge der Leiter
müssen beide an der Wand
anliegen, damit beide die
ausgeglichene Last auf die
Wand übertragen.
Bei dreiteiligen Leitern in
Scherenstellung darf das
ausladendeTeil über dem
Scheitelpunkt (3. Element) nicht
bestiegen werden.
