9.3. BEAD BREAKING

- Fully deflate the tyre, removing the valve (Fig. 15).
Position the wheel as shown in fig.16 and move the bead breaking shoe near the rim edge.
IMPORTANT: During the bead breaking operation, you are advised to keep the turntable
closed (clamp gripper towards the centre) (A, fig.16).
Press the pedal
- Repeat this operation on the other side of the wheel.
After detaching the beads, remove the old balancing weights.

Remove any old balancing weights from the rim.
(B, fig.16) to operate the bead breaker and detach the bead.
