Symptom
The RED/BLUE GAIN controls
do not function.
The SHUTTER and CAM
GAIN controls do not function.
The camera cannot be controlled
by a computer via IEEE1394.

Troubleshooting
Cause
The WB MODE is set to AUTO.
The AE MODE is set to AUTO.
The IEEE1394 cable is connected
improperly.
The IEEE1394 card is not activated.

The operation system of your computer is
not compatible with the IEEE1394
