IMPORTANT:
Regularly check that the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge (8 - figure 1) is 1-1.5 bar, with the
boiler cold. In case of overpressure, open the boiler drain valve. If pressure is lower, open the boiler
filling tap (figure 3a or 3b).
WARNING:
Take special care when filling the heating system. In particular, open any thermostat valves in the system,
ensure the water enters slowly in order to prevent the formation of air inside the primary circuit until operating pressure is
reached. Lastly, vent any radiators in the system. BAXI declines all liability for damage deriving from the presence of air
bubbles in the primary exchanger due to the incorrect or imprecise observance of the above.
In case pressure drops occur frequently, have the boiler checked by an authorised Service Engineer.

The boiler is fitted with a hydraulic pressure gauge which prevents the boiler from working if there is no water.
To switch off the boiler, disconnect the electric power supply. With the gas boiler in "OFF" mode (section 3.2), the electric
circuits remain powered and the anti-freeze function is enabled (section 8).
The boilers can operate both on natural gas and LPG.
All gas conversions must be made by an authorised Service Engineer.
