I. BEFORE OPERATING
Carefully take the appliance and its detachable parts out of the package.
Remove all wrapping materials and stickers except for the serial number identification sticker!
Wipe all interior and exterior surfaces of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Wash the bowl in
warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Odor on first use of the appliance is normal. In
such case, clean the device.
After transportation or storage at low temperatures allow the appliance to stay at room
temperature for at least 2 hours before using it.
Place the device on a flat, stable, and hard surface away from any objects or cabinets that
could be damaged by steam, humidity, or high temperatures.
Before operating, make sure that the outer and inner parts of the multicooker have no dents,
cracks or any other visible damages. There should not be any obstructions between the
heating element and the bowl.
II. OPERATION
Setting the Clock
1. Plug in the unit. Press and hold down "Отложенный старт" button until the minute
indicator starts blinking.
2. Press "Время приготовления" button repeatedly to set the minutes (setting interval is
1 minute). Hold the button down to scroll through the digits.
3. Press "Установка времени" button, hour indicator starts blinking. Set hours using the "Время
приготовления" button. Hold the button down to scroll through the digits.
4. When you finish entering the data press "Поддержание тепла / Отмена" button or do nothing
for a few seconds to save your settings. Time indicator stops blinking.
Setting the Cooking Time
Multicooker REDMOND RMC-M4502 allows manually adjusting the cooking time, set by
default for each programme. Setting interval and time adjustment range depend on the
programme chosen.
1. Select the cooking programme and press "Установка времени" button, minute indicator
starts blinking. Press "Время приготовления" button repeatedly to adjust the minutes.
Hold the button down to scroll through the digits.
2. Press "Установка времени" button, hour indicator starts blinking. Press "Время приготовления"
button repeatedly to adjust the hours. Hold the button down to scroll through the digits.
3. If you need to set the time of less than one hour press and hold down the "Время
приготовления" button until the hour indicator is no longer displayed. Press "Время
приготовления" button repeatedly to set the minutes.
4. To cancel the settings and reset press "Поддержание тепла / Отмена".

IMPORTANT! Manually changing the cooking time, consider the time adjustment range and
the setting interval of a chosen programme, given in the table of default settings.
For your convenience, the time adjustment range in all programmes starts with the minimum
setting, enabling you to prolong the cooking time if the dish comes out undercooked.
This is a non-volatile memory unit. In case of a short term power cut-off all settings, including
Preset function, will be saved.

Preset Function

Preset function allows programming the cooking programme to be over by certain time.
The programme can be delayed for a period of time from 10 minutes to 24 hours with 10
minute intervals. To set the Timer:
1. Select an automatic programme. Adjust the cooking time set by default if necessary.
2. Press "Отложенный старт" button to select
3. Press "Установка времени" button to enter the hour setting mode. Hour indicator starts blinking.
4. Adjust the hours using the "Время приготовления" button (setting interval is 1 hour). Press
"Установка времени" button. Minute indicator starts blinking. Adjust the minutes using the
"Время приготовления" button (setting interval is 10 minutes).
5. When all settings are entered press "Старт" button. "Старт", "Поддержание тепла / От-
мена" and "Отложенный старт" button indicators light up. The time by which your meal
will be ready is displayed.
Preset function is not available in "ЖАРКА" and "ПАСТА" programmes.
Setting the Preset function remember that the countdown in some programmes begins only
when the device reaches its operating temperature.
It is not recommended to delay a programme for a long period of time if perishable products
are being used.
Keep warm Function
Keep warm function is being activated automatically upon the end of the cooking programme.
It allows maintaining the temperature of 70-75°C for a period of time up to 24 hours. "Поддер-
жание тепла / Отмена" button indicator lights up and the Keep warm count up is displayed.
Press "Поддержание тепла / Отмена" button to disable the function. Button indicator goes off.

Reheat Function

To reheat a cold meal:
1. Fill the bowl with ingredients and place it inside the device.
2. Close the lid and plug in the unit.
3. Press and hold down "Поддержание тепла / Отмена" button until an audible sound is
produced. Corresponding indicator lights up and reheating process starts.
4. The meal will be warmed up to 70-75°C and the temperature will be maintained for up to 24
hours. To cancel the function press "Поддержание тепла / Отмена". Button indicator goes off.
