POSSIBLE CAUSE
The plug is not connected.
The appliance is damaged.
There is no pan on the hob
The pan is not suitable for in-
duction hobs.
The child lock is activated.
There is no pan on the hob
The pan is not suitable for in-
duction hobs.
The temperature sensor be-
neath the hob is defective
or there is a short circuit.
The appliance is being sup-
plied with too much voltage
(> 270 V).
The appliance is not being
supplied with enough voltage
(< 150 V).
The appliance has overheated.
The electronics have overheat-
ed.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Connect the appliance to a mains
power socket.
Contact the Customer Service de-
partment.

Use a suitable pan (see section
"Suitable cookware").
Press the "+" and "-"
simultaneously for around 3 seconds.

nected to a properly installed

Disconnect the plug from the mains
power socket and wait until the ap-
pliance has cooled down. If the
problem persists, contact the Cus-
tomer Service department and spec-
ify the error code.
Check to see whether the fans on
the bottom of the appliance are
working correctly and whether they
can take in a sufficient volume of air.
