PROBLEMS
By setting the switch (1) to
position, the equipment
does not start and the
indicator (17) is off.
Water leakage under the
equipment.

its operation and the
indicator (17) is off.
The equipment does not
supply hot water.
During steam operation,
the burner fails to start or
stops and the indicator (19)
comes on.
Flashing indicator (20).

TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUSES
One of the protection devices of
the system to which the equipment
(fuse, differential switch, etc.) is
connected has triggered.
The power cable plug is not
properly fitted.
The safety valve has triggered.
One of the protection devices of
the system to which the equipment
(fuse, differential switch, etc.) is
connected has triggered.
The diesel fuel in the tank is below
the minimum level (indicator (18)
on).
The diesel filter is clogged.
Insufficient inlet water pressure.
The boiler safety thermostat has
triggered.
The burner control device has
triggered (indicator (20) on).
Pressure above 32 bar/464 psi.
Temperature control component
malfunction.
REMEDIES
Reset the protection device.
If it triggers again, do not use the
equipment and contact a SKILLED
TECHNICIAN.
Disconnect the plug from the
socket and fit it back correctly.
IF IT TRIGGERS REPEATEDLY,
DO NOT USE THE EQUIPMENT
A N D CO N TAC T A S K I L L E D
TECHNICIAN.
Reset the protection device.
IF IT TRIGGERS AGAIN, DO NOT
USE THE EQUIPMENT AND
CONTACT A SKILLED TECHNICIAN.
Add diesel fuel.
Follow the indications of the
" S P E C I A L M A I N T E N A N C E "
section.
Check the system.
Wait a few minutes for the
equipment to cool down, so as to
allow the reset of the device.
IF IT TRIGGERS AGAIN, DO NOT
USE THE EQUIPMENT AND
CONTACT A SKILLED TECHNICIAN.
Move the master switch (1) to "0"
position, wait a few seconds and
then move to position.
IF IT TRIGGERS AGAIN, DO NOT
USE THE EQUIPMENT AND
CONTACT A SKILLED TECHNICIAN.
Follow the indications of the
"STEAM OPERATION" SECTION.
Unusable equipment: CONTACT
A SKILLED TECHNICIAN.
