5.3 OIL SUPPLIES

5.3.1 Gearbox

Every 50 hours check the level through plug n.1 fig.13
Use AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80W/90 oil.
First change: after the first 50-60 hours.
Change oil every 800 hours (plug n.1 fig.13). Amount needed: 7.5 kg approx.
Oil drain: plug n.1 fig.14.

5.3.2 Rear differential

Every 50 hours check the level through plug n.1 fig.10
Use AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80W/90 oil.
First change: after the first 50-60 hours.
Change the oil every 800 hours (plug N.1 fig.10). Amount needed: 6.5 kg approx.
Oil drain: plug N.1 fig.15.

5.3.3 Hydraulic lift oil

5.3.3.1 Normal lift
Every 50 hours check the level with dipstick n.38 fig.3
Use AGIP OSO 68 oil.
Change the oil every 800-1000 hours (through glass n.38 fig.3 amount required
6.25 kg approx.).
To help filling operations, remove plug n.3 fig.10.
Oil drain: detach tube n.1 fig.16.
When you change the oil, clean the filter: remove the filter by taking off its cover
n.6 fig.10. Wash it with gasoline or naphtha.
5.3.3.2 Draft control lift
Every 8-10 hours check level through plug n.3 fig.21
Use AGIP OSO 68 oil. Quantity required 4.8 Kg.
Change oil every 800-1000 ore, drain oil through plug n.2 fig.21.
Fill with oil through plug n.3 fig.21.
Clean the filter cartridge after the first 10 hours and, thereafter every 100 hours.
Remove the cover n.4 fig.21 to access cartridge.
Change the cartridge every 1000 hours.
