Important notice for the SW1000XG users

Please read the following notice if you have or plan to purchase the PCI audio
MIDI card "SW1000XG".
NOTICE
The PLG150-AP works properly with the SW1000XG/P (modified version) but DOES NOT func-
tion properly with the older SW1000XG. If you have an older SW1000XG and want to use it with
the PLG150-AP, you must update the SW1000XG to the SW1000XG/P. Please clip the "Service
Application Form" below and send it with your SW1000XG to the nearest YAMAHA distributor to
receive the update service free. Please note that YAMAHA does not provide the update service with-
out the "Service Application Form".

tributor contact list is found in your owner's manual.
