unit mounting bracket

Secure the product to the unit mounting
bracket as shown in the illustration.
5 Electrical installation
Only qualified electricians may carry out
the electrical installation.
5.1 Connecting the heat generator
to the product
1. Open the product. (→ Page 50)

2. Connect the power supply cable for the
heat generator to the product as shown
in the illustration.
3. Close the product. (→ Page 51)
4. Secure the product to the unit mount-
ing bracket. (→ Page 52)
5.2 Connecting the product to
the power supply in a fixed
installation
If no suitable country-specific earthed plug
socket is available at the installation site,
a fixed connection to the power supply is
required.

Permanently connect the power supply
cable to the on-site power supply via an
all-pole electrical partition which can be
switched off (e.g. a circuit breaker).
– Contact gap of the electrical partition:
≥ 3 mm (≥ 0.12 in)
5.3 Connecting the mains plug to
the power supply cable

Connect a mains plug (not included
in the scope of delivery) to the power
supply cable.
