If the rear camera is not fitted because
the car is a convertible or for other
technical reasons, the front camera
must be selected in the ACE 2.0 app in
the camera selection menu.
Driving mode
You can set the recording type and threshold
value (sensitivity) of the vibration sensor (G
sensor) for driving mode.
Recording types:
•
Recording depending on situation (G
sensor):
Trigger in the event of vibration (for
example accident) or heavy deceleration
(emergency braking)
•
Permanent recording
G sensor threshold values:
•
1: Minimum sensitivity (maximum
threshold value)
•
5: Maximum sensitivity (minimum
threshold value)
Please check at regular intervals
whether permanent recording in driving
mode is legal in the country in which
you are located.
Parking mode
You can select and set the monitoring
sensors and the triggering threshold values
(sensitivities) for parking mode.
Monitoring sensors:
•
Proximity sensor (radar sensor) ON/OFF
•
Vibration sensor (G sensor) ON/OFF
Radar sensor threshold values:
•
1: Monitor the direct vicinity at the front/
rear of the car
•
3: Monitor the extended area at the front/
rear of the car
G sensor threshold values:
•
1: Minimum sensitivity (maximum
threshold value)
•
5: Maximum sensitivity (minimum
threshold value)
The threshold values in parking mode
have a higher sensitivity level than in
driving mode.
Please check at regular intervals
whether monitoring in parking mode
is legal in the country in which you are
located.
Manual recording of videos and
photos
You can select the type of media files you wish
to record (photos or video sequences) in the
ACE 2.0 app.
