D. Miter cut 0°- 45° and turntable 0°- 45°
(Fig. 1,17,19,25)
In crosscut and miter saw mode it is possible to make
miter cuts to the left at angles of 0° – 45° and at the
same time angle cuts to the left and right at angles of
0° – 45° (double miter cuts).
Move the machine head (17) to its upper
position.
Release the turntable (19) by slackening the
locking screw (30).
Set the turntable to the required angle using the
handle (16). (see also point B)
Tighten the locking screws (30) again to secure
the turntable (19).
Release the lever to adjust the angle (3) and
angle the machine head to the left using the
handle (16) until the pointer (33) points to the
required angle on the scale (34) (see also point
C).
Tighten the angle adjustment lever against and
complete the cut as described in point A (Fig.
25).
E. Dust bag (Fig. 20 / Item 1)
The saw is equipped with a debris bag for sawdust
and chips. This bag can be emptied using the zip
fastener at the bottom.
7.2 Bench circular saw
7.2.1 Conversion work for use as a bench circular
saw
1. The saw is set up for use as a crosscut and miter
saw.
2. If necessary release the locking screw (Fig. 19 /
Item 30), turn the turntable to the 0° position and
secure it there using the locking screws (see also
7.1.3/B).
3. Release the angle adjustment lever (Fig. 17 /
Item 3), set the angle to 0° and secure it again
with the angle adjustment lever (see also
7.1.3/C).
4. Undo the retaining nut (26) for the splitter (12),
swing the splitter down and then tighten the
retaining nut again. The saw blade guard (15)
must be opened for this purpose (see also point
7.1.2/1.). The splitter must be in line with the saw
blade (Fig. 26 – 28).
5. Turn the knurled screw (13) as far as possible
clockwise to move the saw blade (4) into its
highest position (Fig. 31).
6. Remove the chip box (20) by undoing the
retaining screw (Fig. 29).
7. Retract the limiting lever for cross cut saw mode
(35) (Fig. 30).
8. Lower the machine head (17) and secure it with

the locking pin (31). The locking pin (31) must be
turned through 90° for this purpose (Fig. 31 –
32).
9. Remove the clamping device (38) if necessary.
(see also point 7.1.2/3.)
10. Press the lever (24) and carefully swing over the
saw (Fig. 32 - 34).
Important. When you swing the saw bench, there
is a risk of suffering crush injuries to your hands
and finger. Only touch the saw bench at the front
and rear when swinging it. Do not reach between
the saw bench and the side parts. Hold the
bench securely as you swing it. Ensure that the
lever engages fully again after you have swung
the saw bench and that the bench is locked into
position.
11. Turn the knurled screw (13) as far as possible
anti-clockwise to move the saw blade to its
highest position for bench circular saw mode
(Fig. 35).
12. Mount the safety guard (11) for the blade. For
this purpose press the button on the saw blade
guard (11) and place the saw blade guard (11)
on to the splitter (12) from above. Ensure that the
button locks on the saw blade guard and the saw
blade guard can be moved. To dismantle,
proceed in reverse order.
13. Connect the chip extractor connector on the saw
blade guard (11) to a suitable extraction system.
Each time you adjust the machine, check
whether the saw blade (4) moves freely in the 0°
and 45° positions.
7.2.2 Install the parallel stop (14)
The stop rail (A) on the parallel stop (14) can be
moved to the left or right side of the holder (C)
depending on whether the stop is being used on
the left or right of the saw blade. To achieve this,
undo the screw (B) and install the stop rail (A) on
the opposite side of the holder (C) using the
screw (B) (Fig. 37).
The stop rail (A) can be turned to suit the
thickness of the workpiece. To do this, undo the
screw (B), take the stop rail (A) off the holder (C)
and secure it again to the other guide groove
using the screw (B) (Fig. 37 – 38).
Important: Move the parallel stop until it crosses
the imaginary 45° line (Fig. 45).
