50A11N Omo Immobil Rotation
All indications that require the immobilization of the shoulder joint with an
external rotation of 10°, 20° or 30°, including conditions following anterior
dislocation or Bankart lesion (conservative treatment and post-operative
immobilization). Indication must be determined by the physician.
1.2.2 Function
The 50A10N Omo Immobil shoulder joint orthosis allows for functional
positioning of the shoulder through abduction by 0°, 15°, 30°, 60° or 90°.
In this way, it effectively relieves the shoulder joint and directly supports
the rehabilitation process.
The 50A11N Omo Immobil Rotation also allows for immobilization with
an external rotation of 10°, 20° or 30°. Any combination of abduction and
external rotation angle can be used.

1.3 Contraindications

1.3.1 Relative Contraindications
In case of the following indications, consultation with a physician is required:
Skin diseases/injuries, inflammatory symptoms, prominent scars on body
parts to which the orthosis is to be applied that are swollen, reddened and
feel excessively warm; lymphatic flow disorders, including unclear soft tis-
sue swelling distant to the body area to which the orthosis is to be applied;
sensory and circulatory disorders of the arm/hand.

1.4 General Safety Instructions

INFORMATION
The patient is to be instructed in the proper use/care of the product.
The initial fitting and application of the product must be carried out by
trained, qualified personnel only. The daily duration of use and period
of application are dependent on medical indication by the physician.
CAUTION
Risk of injury as a result of improper use. The product is designed for
use on one patient only. Consult a physician immediately if you experience
unusual changes (such as increase in pain).
