Problem
Water vapour comes out
of the air outlet of the
indoor air conditioner.
The set temperature cannot
be adjusted.
The cooling / heating
effect is not good.
The air conditioner emits
an unpleasant smell.
The air conditioner does
not work properly.
Possible Cause
The indoor temperature
and humidity are very
high.
The temperature you
wish to set is outside the
adjustable range.
The voltage is too low.
The filter is dirty.
The set temperature is
outside the temperature
range.
Doors or windows are
open.
The smell of furniture,
cigarettes etc. is sucked in
by the air conditioner and
blown out with the air.
Interferences such as
thunderstorms, mobile
devices etc. influence
the function of the air
conditioner.
Suggested Solution
The steam is produced by
the fact that the air in the
interior is cooled down
very quickly. After the air
conditioner has been in
operation for a while, the
inside temperature and
humidity rise and no more
water vapour is formed.
Adjustable temperature
range: 16 °C to 30 °C.
Wait until the voltage
returns to normal.
Clean the filter.
Adjust the temperature to
the adjustable temperature
range.
Close doors or windows.
Eliminate the odour
source and clean the air
conditioner filter.
Disconnect the mains plug
from the socket. Reconnect
the mains plug and switch
on the appliance.
