Problem
The air conditioner doesn't
give off any air.
The air conditioner cannot
be operated.
Possible Cause
The air inlet or outlet of the
air conditioner is blocked.
In heating mode, the room
temperature has reached
the temperature set on the
air conditioner.
The heating mode has just
been activated.
There is a power failure.
The mains plug is loose.
The ventilation switch is
defective or the fuse has
blown.
The wiring has
malfunctions.
The device was switched
on again immediately
after it was switched off.
The function setting of the
remote control is not set
correctly.
Suggested Solution
Remove the blockade.
After the room temperature
reaches the temperature
set on the air conditioner,
the unit stops blowing air.
To prevent cold air from
being blown out in
heating mode, warm air is
delayed by a few minutes.
This is a normal process.
Wait until the power
failure is over.
Insert the mains plug
correctly into the socket.
Have a qualified person
replace the ventilation
switch or fuse.
Have the wiring replaced
by a qualified person.
Wait three minutes after
turning off the unit before
turning it back on.
Reset the functions to their
factory defaults.
