SEATFIX ADAPTER (ACCESSORY) (ITEM NO.: 506)
Note:
Requirement for using the Seatfix adapter is that
ISOFIX equipment is provided in the vehicle (mostly at
the back on the passenger side). This must be checked
prior to purchase!
First, loosen the locking screws at the back of the adapt-
er plate's outer tube mounting. Then place the Seatfix
adapter on the vehicle's seat. The hole at each end of
the guide tubes must be facing downward to the vehi-
cle's seat. Insert the Seatfix connectors (with yellow re-
lease buttons) in the Isofix anchors of the vehicle. Pull
and check whether the connectors have engaged prop-
erly. Now insert the Seatfix adapter in the mounting at
the back of the swivel plate (where the plate is rounded)
with the locking screw loosened.
Adjust the extension length of the Seatfix adapter to
your vehicle. When attached to the swivel plate, the
child car seat must be in contact with the backrest of
the vehicle's seat. Fix the Seatfix adapter now with the
loosened locking screw.
Please note:
When using the Seatfix adapter, additional
stability can be provided by supporting the swivel plate
/ seat at the front toward the floor of the vehicle. For
this, use the footrest (Item no. 703 or 704) or the stand
(Item no. 705).
Attention:
The Seatfix adapter for the swivel plate does
not replace the safety belt, but is used for positioning
the car seat. The child / seat must still be secured with
the 3-point belt of the vehicle in accordance with the
instruction manual.
Attention:
If the inclination and/or the swivel plate is
used, then the Seatfix adapter must always be set at the
lowest position in the tubes.

Hinweis: Voraussetzung für die Verwendung des Seatfix-Adap-
ters ist eine vorhandene ISOFIX-Ausstattung des Fahrzeuges
(zumeist auf der Beifahrerseite hinten). Dies muss vor Kauf ge-
prüft werden!
Lösen Sie zuerst die hinteren Sicherungsschrauben der Rohr-
aufnahmen der Adapterplatte. Legen Sie den Seatfix-Adapter
dann auf den Fahrzeugsitz. Die Bohrung jeweils an den Enden
der Führungsrohre muss nach unten zum Fahrzeugsitz zeigen.
Führen Sie die Seatfix-Konnektoren (mit gelbem Auslöser) in
die Isofix-Anker des Fahrzeuges. Prüfen Sie durch Ziehen, ob
die Konnektoren sicher eingerastet sind. Stecken Sie nun den
Seatfix-Adapter in die hintere Aufnahme der Drehplatte (Platte
ist hier gerundet) mit der gelösten Sicherungsschraube.
Passen Sie die die Ausfahrlänge des Seatfix-Adapters Ihrem
Fahrzeug an. Der Auto-Kindersitz soll Kontakt mit der Rücken-
lehne des Fahrzeugsitzes haben, wenn er auf der Drehplatte
befestigt ist. Fixieren Sie den Seat-Fix-Adapter nun mit der ge-
lösten Sicherungsschraube
Hinweis: Bei Verwendung des Seatfix-Adapters kann für zu-
sätzliche Stabilität eine Abstützung der Drehplatte / des Sitzes
nach vorne zum Boden des Fahrzeuges erfolgen. Verwenden
Sie hierzu die Fußstütze (Art.-Nr. 703 bzw. 704) oder den Stütz-
fuß (Art.-Nr. 705).
Achtung: Der Seatfix-Adapter für die Drehplatte ersetzt nicht
den Sicherheitsgurt, sondern dient der Positionierung des
Autositzes. Das Kind / der Sitz muss weiterhin immer mit dem
3-Punkt-Gurt des Fahrzeuges gemäß Bedienungsanleitungen
gesichert werden.
Achtung: Wird die Neigungsplatte und/oder Drehplatte ein-
gesetzt, so muss der Seatfix-Adapter stets in den Rohren der
untersten Position eingesetzt werden.
