Thank you for having chosen a quality product from Dentaurum.
In order to use this product at its best for you and your patients, it is
important to study and follow these directions for use carefully.
The written instructions cannot cover all eventualities during operation.
For this reason our Hotline is available to answer any other questions
and ideas that may arise.
Our products are regularly modernized to the latest technical develop-
ment. For this reason we advise examining the most up-to-date opera-
ting instructions supplied for any possible changes, even if the product
is frequently used.
Working stages
1. Selecting the bracket adhesive
equilibrium brackets can be bonded with all standard bracket adhesi-
®
ves. We recommend our ConTec, NO-MIX and MIX adhesives as well as
Smart-Bond ® . Adhere to the instructions for use for the particular
bracket adhesive.
2. Removal and handling
Grip the equilibrium brackets with haemostatic forceps (e.g. REF
®
025-277-00) at the mesiodistal surfaces or at the distal and mesial
bracket wings and remove from the packaging. The patented laser-
contoured base of the equilibrium brackets should not be handled or
®
contaminated in any way, as this would have a detrimental effect on the
bond.
