5.1 Piliers 4Base tioLogic TWINFIT
®
Les piliers 4Base sont disponibles avec une géométrie de raccordement conique ou
avec une géométrie de raccordement de plateforme pour les lignes de piliers S, M et
L. Il existe 3 angulations pour les piliers 4Base : 0°, 20° et 30°. L'assise des coiffes
4Base (ø 4.6 mm) et le cône (20°) des piliers 4Base étant toujours identiques pour
les lignes de piliers S, M et L, seule une taille est requise pour les piliers d'empreinte,
les capuchons, etc.
Pour les piliers 4Base droits, les hauteurs gingivales sont de de 1.0 mm, 2.5 mm et
4.0 mm ; pour les piliers angulés, la hauteur gingivale est de 3.2 mm.
En cas de forte inclinaison des implants, il faut absolument solidariser la prothèse.
Lors de la mise en place des piliers 4Base coudés, il faut garder à l'esprit que le
diamètre des piliers peut être plus grand que celui des implants. Etant donné qu'une
partie des piliers peut se trouver sous la ligne osseuse, il faudra, le cas échéant,
retirer l'os de cette zone, afin d'assurer une bonne assise du pilier sur l'implant. Pour
une pose réussie du système 4Base, il faut que la position angulaire des implants soit
aussi précise que possible. Plus l'angle sera précis, plus la restauration prothétique
sera facile, les cônes des piliers étant disposés parallèlement les uns par rapport aux
autres. L'auxiliaire d'insertion monté facilite l'insertion des piliers 4Base angulés.
Il sécurise en même temps la vis AnoTite prémontée dans le pilier 4Base. Pour le
serrage de la vis AnoTite, on peut plier l'auxiliaire d'insertion vers le côté.
Les piliers 4Base NE DOIVENT PAS être meulés ou raccourcis.
Lors de la manipulation des piliers 4Base, veillez à ce que le vissage occlusal ne soit
pas endommagé par des pincettes par un outil semblable.
Avant toute utilisation en bouche, il faut s'assurer que chaque construction présente
une assise sans tension (test de Sheffield) Pour ce faire, placez la construction sur
les piliers 4Base et fixez uniquement une vis prothétique (non comprise dans la
livraison) sur le pilier 4Base. Si vous soulevez la construction et qu'une fente se
forme entre la construction et les piliers 4Base, cela signifie que des tensions existent
et qu'il faut y remédier.
5.2 Coiffe résine 4Base tioLogic ® TWINFIT
On peut adapter la coiffe en résine, qui calcine sans laisser de résidus, à l'espace
disponible. Pour la mise en revêtement et le préchauffage, il faut respecter les
instructions de mise en œuvre des fabricants de revêtements. Après la coulée,
il faut laisser refroidir le moule de coulée à température ambiante, afin d'éviter
des tensions dans l'objet coulé. L'objet coulé ne doit en aucun cas être sablé avec
un agent de sablage abrasif, sinon la configuration intérieure pourrait subir des
dommages. Le démoulage se fait à la vapeur ou dans un bain à ultrasons.
5.3 Coiffe titane 4Base tioLogic ® TWINFIT - assemblage laser
La coiffe titane 4Base est assemblée au laser avec les segments de barre en titane
préfabriqués (p. ex. rematitan ® , Dentaurum). En vue du soudage laser, raccourcissez
les barres en titane préfabriquées et fixez-les dans une position horizontale correcte
par rapport aux axes à l'aide d'un appareil de parallélisme et de fixation pour la
technique laser (p. ex. Paralas, Dentaurum). Les éléments de barre et les coiffes
en titane sont assemblées par laser. Un fil en titane pur (p. ex. de Dentaurum) est
indispensable comme matériau d'apport. Pour toute autre question relative à la

5.4 Coiffe titane 4Base tioLogic ® TWINFIT - collage
La coiffe titane 4Base est disponible pour la technique Passive Fit. Après la
fabrication de la barre coulée, celle-ci est collée en bouche sur les bases en titane à
coller. Cela permet de remédier aux imprécisions d'ajustage à l'origine de tensions.
Vissez les piliers 4Base droits (0°) dans l'implant tioLogic ® TWINFIT à l'aide la clé
de vissage PentaGrip tioLogic ® TWINFIT - tige ISO. Les piliers 4Base angulés (20° et
30°) ont une assise anti-rotation dans les implants tioLogic TWINFIT et sont fixés
®
avec la vis AnoTite de 9.0 mm. Pour l'insertion définitive en bouche, il faut toujours
utiliser une vis AnoTite neuve.
Pour la fixation des bridges et constructions pour barre sur les piliers 4Base, il existe
des vis prothétiques et des vis AnoTite spéciales.
Serrez à la main les vis présentant une géométrie de tête de vis avec hexagone
à l'aide des clés hexagonales de 1.3 - cliquet ou mécaniquement avec les clés
hexagonales de 1.3 - tige ISO.

Attention : Ne pas confondre la vis prothétique et la vis AnoTite. La
vis prothétique a pour unique fonction de permettre au
prothésiste dentaire de fixer les piliers sur le modèle de
travail. Les vis prothétiques sont de couleur argentée, les vis
AnoTite dorées anodisées.
