L'empreinte peut être réalisée soit avec un porte-empreintes à fenêtres, soit avec
un porte-empreinte fermé. Pour les deux méthodes d'empreinte, il existe des
composants appropriés présentant une géométrie de raccordement de plateforme
pour les lignes de piliers S, M et L.
Note importante : lors du positionnement des piliers d'empreinte sur
l'implant inséré, il faut veiller à assurer une assise sans interstice. Il faut
également s'assurer QU'AUCUN contact n'existe entre les composants
pour empreinte et le porte-empreinte individuel.
Pour la prothèse adjointe (restauration sur 4Base, têtes sphériques, LOCATOR
on peut réaliser l'empreinte par-dessus les piliers primaires à l'aide d'autres
composants spéciaux pour empreinte.
En raison de leur grande précision et de leur mémoire élastique, il est recommandé
d'utiliser des matériaux à base de silicone ou de polyéther pour l'empreinte.

Méthode de l'empreinte fermée :
Parmi les composants nécessaires pour l'empreinte fermée, on compte des piliers
d'empreinte, des vis, des coiffes d'empreinte et des coiffes d'occlusion. Ils sont munis
de marques S, M ou L ou de gravures laser, en fonction des lignes de piliers. Mettez
® TWINFIT
en place les accessoires pour empreinte S, M ou L en tenant compte des rainures
de rétention verticales, jusqu'à ce qu'ils s'enclenchent de manière perceptible et
audible.
Note importante : les coiffes d'empreinte sont des articles à usage
unique et NE SONT PAS destinées à la stérilisation ou à un usage multiple.
L'alignement des rainures de rétention permet de réaliser un positionnement sans
contact avec les dents voisines. Réalisez l'empreinte selon les critères usuels.

5.3 Pilier provisoire tioLogic ® TWINFIT
Dans les zones où l'esthétique est importante, le pilier provisoire permet de
maintenir les structures péri-implantaires.
Une prothèse temporaire longue durée, immédiate et non fonctionnelle est
réalisable sur des implants, à condition qu'il y ait une stabilité primaire absolue et
que le site implantaire ne présente aucune récession.
Le pilier provisoire est disponible avec une géométrie de raccordement de plateforme
pour les lignes de piliers S, M et L.
Il est fourni à l'état non stérile et est constitué d'une matière synthétique
hautement résistante (PEEK) permettant d'effectuer rapidement et facilement une
individualisation. Le pilier provisoire peut être incrusté de résine ou équipé d'une
couronne ou d'un bridge provisoire. Pour chacune des deux options, il faut fixer
le pilier provisoire en bouche à l'aide de la vis pour pilier provisoire, marquer les
contours et adapter le pilier hors de la bouche. L'implant ne doit subir AUCUNE
charge mécanique.
Un éventuel raccourcissement ne doit se faire que jusqu'au niveau du bord supérieur
de la vis pour pilier provisoire au maximum.

un usage unique. La remise en état d'un pilier provisoire/d'une coiffe d'empreinte
déjà utilisée (recyclage) ainsi que sa réutilisation chez un patient ne sont pas
autorisées.
11. Indications concernant les produits à usage multiple
Les conformateurs gingivaux et les piliers d'empreinte sont destinés à un usage unique.
Avant toute réutilisation, il faut désinfecter, nettoyer et stériliser les conformateurs
gingivaux et les piliers d'empreinte.
12. Indications concernant la désinfection, le nettoyage,
la stérilisation
Les composants prothétiques tioLogic ® TWINFIT sont livrés non stériles. On ne
peut les utiliser qu'une seule fois et uniquement pour un patient. Avant et après
utilisation chez le patient, ils doivent être désinfectés, nettoyés et, le cas échéant,
stérilisés.
