Constant speed electronics
The constant speed electronics maintains the speed
between no load and load nearly constant and ensures
uniform feeding which produces an even cutting edge.
Electronic overload protection
In case that the machine is extremely overloaded, an
electronic overload protection protects the motor from
damage. In this case, the motor stops and restarts only
after the feeding pressure is reduced, res. after relief.
Temperature-dependent overload
protection
To protect the motor from overheating at extreme per-
manent load, it is switched off by the protective elec-
tronic system when a critical temperature is reached.
After a cooling-down period of approx. 3 - 5 min., the
machine is again ready for use and can be fully loaded.
When the machine is warmed by use, the temperature-
dependent overload protection reacts earlier as a result.
Cutting Depth Adjustment
Loosen the clamping lever (24).
Set the required depth on the cutting depth scale (25).
Raise: smaller cutting depth

Lower: larger cutting depth
max
Re-tighten the clamping lever (24).
To achieve the best cutting results, the saw blade
should protrude from the material by no more than
3 mm.
Cutting Angle Adjustment
Loosen the winged screws (13).
Set the cutting depth on the scale (14) to the required
value (the cutting angle scale is marked in 1°-steps).
Re-tighten the winged screws (13).
The maximum cutting depth is reduced for
bevel cuts.
Cutting Edge Indicator
When making right-angled (90°) and bevel cuts, the
cutting edge indicator (12) and the middle of the saw
blade are in one line.
Follow your marked line with the cutting edge indica-
tor.
Parallel Guide
The parallel guide with scale (9) is inserted in the hold-
ers on the foot plate (7) and secured with the winged
screw (11). The parallel guide makes possible exact
cuts along a workpiece edge or the cutting of parallel
strips. The maximum cutting width is approx. 200 mm
and can also be taken from the cutting edge indicator.
Sawdust Ejector / Dust Extraction
For dust extraction, the suction hose of a commercial
vacuum cleaner with a max. ø of 35 mm can be con-
nected with the sawdust ejector (4).

Replacing the Saw Blade
Before exchanging the saw blade, pull the
mains plug from the power supply socket.
Wear protective gloves!
Removing the saw blade
Swing back the protective guide (8) with the lever (6).
Depress the spindle locking button (3).
Unscrew the clamping screw (18) with the Allen
key (17) from motor spindle (23).

Remove the clamping flange (19) and the saw
blade (20).
