1.2 Intended use
IMPORTANT!
– Read sections General, Safety, Maintenance and After
use contained in the Aquatec® Dot shower stool User
Manual in conjunction with this document.
The Aquatec® Disk is to be used solely in combination with the
Aquatec® Dot, to provide a turnable seating surface. The combined
product is intended to be used as an aid for sitting in the bathroom
or in the shower for people with sufficient torso stability. Any other
use is prohibited.
Operating temperature: 10 – 40 °C
1.3 Scope of delivery (Fig. 1)
The following components are included in the scope of delivery:

B Adapter pin (pre-mounted)

1.4 Service life
The expected service life of this product is three years when used in
accordance with safety instructions and intended use, stated in this
manual. The effective service life can vary according to frequency
and intensity of use.

disk.
2 Setup and usage
2.1 Assembling the product
Attach the pre-assembled shower stool Aquatec® Dot E with

its central hole on the adapter pin B of the Aquatec® Disk A
(Fig. 3).
2. Slide the fastening clip C with its hole over the adapter pin B
of the Aquatec® Disk (Fig. 4).
3. Lock the fastening clip by pressing it sidewards (Fig. 5).
WARNING!
Risk of injury
– Make sure that the fastening clip fully engages with an
audible "click" with the adapter pin.
2.2 Attaching the adapter (Fig. 7)
The adapter B can be replaced in case of damage or wear and is
available as a spare part from your specialized dealer.
1. Attach the adapter to the Disk with both nibs positioned in the
cut out of the disk A.
2. Turn the adapter 30° clockwise using a 35 mm open wrench,
if present.
3. Check that the adapter is fully engaged.
2.3 Using the product
1. Carefully sit down on the shower stool.
2. Rotate into the desired position. (Fig. 6)
