1 Description
1.1 Intended use
Manu Neurexa is to be used exclusively for orthotic treatment of the wrist
and is exclusively suitable for contact with healthy skin.
1.2 Indications and effects
1.2.1 Indications
Paresis of the forearm muscles resulting in weakness of the wrist e.g. after
stroke, cervical disk herniation, cervical plexus injury, peripheral nerve damage.
Indication must be determined by the physician.
1.2.2 Effects
Manu Neurexa stabilizes the wrist and hand. It supports the sensorimotor
control of the hand and facilitates occupational training, hand function
and physical activity.
1.3 Contraindication
1.3.1 Absolute contraindication
Severe spasticity in the arm and wrist.
