Safety symbols

Safety-related instructions the non-observance of which can cause damage to the device or
personal injury carry a safety symbol.
Symbol Designation / description
General warning sign
Non-observance can cause damage to the device and injuries to the user.
Warning: laser beam
The device generates visible laser beams.
Do not direct the laser beam towards any person.
Looking into the laser beam directly can harm your eyes – even looking into the
beam through an optical aid (e. g. binoculars, telescopes) can be harmful.
Non-observance can cause injuries to the eyes.
