3.1) Danger levels of warnings

3.2) criteria regarding the staff
All work on the side approach mechanisms may only be performed by specially trained persons.
Prerequisites:
 Mechanics: completed training in industrial mechanics
 Electrical engineering: completed training in electrical engineering
 All other areas (e.g. transport, test operation, storage and disposal) Familiarity with these
operating instructions
In general:
 No hazards may be allowed to occur due to the clothing worn by the person operating or
maintaining the side approach mechanisms
 The persons operating or maintaining the access unit
3.3) Liability for misuse
INGUN assumes no liability for damages caused by non-compliance with the operating instruc-
tions, or lack of testing to ensure that the side approach mechanisms is in safe, technically optimal
condition.
3.4) Safety instructions

Maintenance work must be carried out by trained specialists only.

The installation of test probes must be performed using the designated installation tools


Pneumatic drives must only be operated when the housing is fully closed.


Usage

4.1) Intended use
The side approach mechanism is used to perform contacting tests for connectors or contact points
on electronic devices. Operation is possible only with a test fixture specially created for the test
requirement.
4.2) Foreseeable incorrect use
Operation of the side approach mechanism is prohibited if one of the following
incorrect uses applies:
