Assemble the top handlebar ( I ) onto the post with 2 curved washers ( A-2 ), 2 M8 bolts (A-3 ) and
tighten them.
Now place the top handlebar cover ( I-3 & I-4 ) on the proper position and tighten it with 4 screws
(I-1).
