1. Draw the tension cable out of the handlebar post. Make sure tension knob is at 8 (highest position)
2. Connect the tension cable head ( G-6 ) into the front notch.
3. Draw the tension cable with the copper end to insert it to the metal bracket notch.
4. Set the tension knob to 1 ( lowest position ).
5. Remove the cap.
6. Now the cable should touch the back metal bracket notch.
