IABILITY
We grant a 24-month liability for all STORCK products covering defects in material and
workmanship. During this period all products accepted to be defective are replaced at no
cost to the user.
The liability period starts at the date of the first retail sale of the STORCK product
concerned. Liability does not cover any type of damage caused by accidents, arbitrary
modifications, neglicence or improper handling and use.
Liability becomes null and void if repair work or any other work on the STORCK
products has been performed by persons who are not authorized by STORCK.
The same applies to any indirect or direct damage resulting from an action as described
in the preceding sentence.
INFORMATION
Please contact YOUR DEALER before returning a defective STORCK product.
In case of products which are returned without our previous agreement, the
forwarding costs will consistently be charged to your account!

OMMERCIAL GOODWILL
Small defects of your STORCK products are repaired by our workshop free of charge
even after expiration of the 24-month liability period, provided that the expenditure of
work does not exceed 0.5 h.
The decision on whether or not a repair is carried out free of charge, is reserved to
STORCK. If the damage was caused by the user, repair work can by no means be
performed free of charge!
In the event of a damage caused by the user, the concerned product has to be sent to
your retailer for inspection. After a calculation of expenditure we either perform the
repair free of charge or you will receive an estimate. It is then up to you to decide
whether or not the repair has to be carried out.
Any shipment which is not prepaid will be rejected and returned to the sender!
In the event of an irreparable damage (e.g. a damage caused by an accident) we grant a
40% reduction on the list price provided that the user purchases a new Powerarms SL.
The relevant claim must be forwarded directly to your dealer. The irreparable product
remains our property.
